Orders
On placing an order, please email me with your full name and delivery address. For jewellery purchases, if you would like a necklace, bracelet, bangle or earrings made in a different length or size that is stated then please let me know the required length of chain or necklace required ie 16", 18" or 20" and the size of bangle/bracelet required ie 6.5", 7", 7.5" or 8".
Payment
Payment can be made either securely via PayPal or by Cheques drawn on a UK Personal Bank Account.
Credit/Debit card & Paypal
Payment online by Credit/Debit card and PayPal is accepted. Credit/Debit card payments are securely processed by PayPal and currency conversion is automatic so payments may be made from most countries and bank accounts worldwide. Paypal has a very high level of security, customer privacy and protection, all transactions are performed over maximum security SSL encryption and your card/bank details are not stored or made available to me in any way.
Cheques
Cheques should be in Pounds Sterling and made payable to Melissa Budasz. Your order will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared and you have been notified that your order has been accepted.
UK Delivery
For all jewellery orders, I will deliver by Royal Mail Special Delivery free of charge. For all items of jewellery listed for sale and ready to go, once payment has been received I will dispatch immediately. For any bespoke piece of jewellery that has been commissioned I will endeavour to have the goods arrive within 14 days of order confirmation, but please allow a maximum of 21 days for delivery. Please be aware that you will have to sign for delivery, I will contact you on receipt of your order to arrange a preferred delivery day.
For paintings, delivery charge will vary according to size and weight of each individual piece. I will contact you directly with the cost for this.
International Delivery
For jewellery orders, I can deliver overseas by Royal Mail International Signed For at a cost of £4.50, but please be aware that delivery time may be longer and certain conditions may apply. Please contact me if you have any queries.
For delivery of paintings overseas, I will contact you directly with the cost of this which will be dependant on size and weight of the painting(s).
Cancellation/Exchanges/Refunds
You may cancel or exchange your order for any reason up to 7 days after you receive the goods (the statutory minimum is 7 days). Notice of cancellation should be sent to melissabudasz@btinternet.com - cancellations must be received in writing. Goods must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. The goods must be securely wrapped and packaged before shipping in the original packaging or similar equivalent. Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase (e.g. paypal refund, cheque etc.).
I will stand by the quaility of my work, therefore if your piece breaks during normal wear and tear within the first 6 months please return the piece to me and I will generally repair it for you free of charge. You must have proof of purchase. Gemstones not included, I will generally try to replace it at buyers expense if the original stone is for sale.
Please note that due to Health & Hygiene rules earrings can not be returned or exchanged.
All bespoke and personalised pieces of jewellery are exempt from the 7 day return rule and can only be returned in the event of any repairs within the first 6 months.

In the first instance, please read The Artists Web - 'Privacy Policy' located on their homepage.
I take the privacy of your information very seriously. For customers that have purchased from me I may from time to time send newsletters on new jewellery/paintings or special offers, please let me know in writing if you do not wish to receive this.
